Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Submit a Return Request:

  1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or navigate to the refund policy/returns page.
  2. Log in to your account:
    1. Enter your email address and click Continue.
    2. Check your email for a six-digit verification code sent from our store.
    3. Return to the online store and enter the verification code.
  3. Select the order for which you wish to submit a return.
  4. If your order has multiple items, choose the ones you want to return.
  5. Indicate the reason for return and leave a note for the store.
  6. Click "Request return."

Upon approval, if the item requires shipping back, we'll send you an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Refunds are processed after the product return.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for resolution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: We don't accept returns for:

  • Comic books published before 2000 due to their collectible value.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges: For exchanges, return the item you have. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period: For items shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. The item should be as described above.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For delays beyond 15 business days post-approval, contact us at caleb@everythingcomics.net.
