How much is shipping, and how long does it take?

Supplier-shipped items ship free with tracking, US & Canada only, usually 6–12 business days. Items we ship ourselves leave in 1–3 business days. You get a tracking email either way.

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery, item in the condition you received it. Pre-2000 comics, personalized items, and gift cards aren't returnable. Digital downloads aren't returnable once downloaded unless the file is defective — then we replace it or refund you.

How do the subscription boxes work?

Cache $10 / Safe $20 / Vault $30 a month. Every box is packed with random comics — a surprise stack every month. Pause or cancel anytime from your account or by email; changes before your renewal date stop that charge.

How do digital downloads work?

Delivered instantly after checkout, personal use.
